1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our shop located at 365 North End Road, Fulham, SW6 1NW. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information & Weights

  • Products: We are meat specialists. All descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes.

  • Weights and Variations: In accordance with standard industry practice for fresh, hand-cut produce, individual cuts may vary in weight. While we strive for precision, the final weight of your product may vary by approximately +/- 10%. By placing an order, you accept this variance as part of the artisanal nature of our service.

  • Unfulfilled Orders: Due to seasonal availability or daily supply, we may occasionally be unable to fulfil a specific item. In such cases, we will process a refund for the unfulfilled item immediately.

3. Allergy Statement

  • Whilst we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our products are prepared in an open-air butcher shop environment where a wide variety of allergens are handled. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens in any of our products.

    By purchasing from us, you acknowledge this environment and accept the associated risks. Please contact us directly before ordering if you have specific or severe allergy requirements.

4. Click & Collect Service

  • Timing: Orders placed by 3:00pm can be collected the same day by 4:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be available the following day between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Schedule: This service is available Monday to Saturday. Bank holiday times may differ (e.g., we may be closed); please check our opening hours before ordering.

  • Uncollected Orders: Because our products are perishable, if your order is not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled date, the goods will be disposed of. No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that items are often cut to order, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. Once an order has entered the preparation stage, no changes or refunds can be made.

6. Delivery & Trade Services

  • Home Delivery: We do not currently offer a home delivery service directly through this website. Our online facility is strictly for Click & Collect.

  • Trade Accounts: Local van delivery is reserved for trade accounts only and is subject to prior written agreement regarding specific requirements, supply capacity, and payment terms.

7. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Monthly specials and offers are available to all customers and reflect our current in-store pricing.

8. Quality Assurance & Complaints

  • We take pride in offering high-quality products at a fair price. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of collection. We require photographic evidence of the product and the label to investigate the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the total price of your order. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude our legal responsibility for personal injury resulting from our negligence.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
